"The micromanaging, and the lack of support. The lack of a knowledge base from not keeping any long term employees."

"Allow your project engineers to actually run their project, and not have to check in for every little thing."

"Working for this company can be a great learning oppurtunity. However, you will quickly learn why the employee turnover rate is so high. Don't get frustrated. Put in your time and get what you can out of it. Enjoy!"

"Traveling. Management was poor and very little training."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring in senior leadership. Retain those senior leaders and train your staff appropriately. Don't overwhelm your new employees with duties that they should not be given."
