"The environment was relaxed but very productive. Management required employees to be independent but also work well with others within and outside department."

What don't you like about working at ArjoHuntleigh?

"The company was tightening spending due to the impending merger which, at the time, did not allow for the necessary growth I required."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None - I am ill-equipped to judge the current management of the company. It is my understanding that ARJO replaced much of Pegasus Airwave's management personnel with their own representatives."
