"The work environment is horrific. Low pay, unrealistic expectations and dangerous. Many OSHA violations. The owner and his new General Manager are unstable and should be avoided at all cost. If you are a true professional, RUN. Work and personal life expectations are out of balance. All departments are understaffed to the point of this organization being completely non-functional. Slave labor is the name of the game at this location."

"Turnover very high in all departments. Owner micromanages to the point of one hour phone calls in the am to deliver daily to-do list and requires a full written report daily. Owner positions employees against each other creating an environment of distrust and everyone out for themselves. The manager position has had 10 people in the past 18 months. Do NOT leave a good position for this company... burn-out rate is every 3 months. Entire hotel, golf course, food and beverage and conference run on Quickbooks. It's everyone for themselves."
