"If any one going to give their interview then he/she must clarify project in which he/she going to join ,is relevant or not it must suit your profile for your better career growth otherwise your profile may be scattered or in wrong direction , you must ensure it before joining ."

"I did't like to work in weekend and holidays ."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"management should have good effort estimation to provide project delivery timely without building extra pressure to spend more time in office and come to office in weekend and holidays too .If employee will feel good then they will deliver quality of work that would be better for both employee and employer ..that's why environment and culture should be good to work better."
