Ariba Employee

"I worked for Ariba before and 1+ years after SAP purchased the company. The company has a struggle of staying on focus with a plan for more than one year. They tended change focus each year and by the time things actually got moving along, it was a new focus. Not sure how the company is now"

Ariba Employee

"I worked for Ariba beginning about 12 months into the SAP acquisition. SAP was careful to preserve much of the existing culture while improving many of the benefits. The physical plant was pleasant and the additional potential opportunities created by SAP were great. Also has a very nice "social responsibility" attitude to the community."
