"None as they are an enigma being 1/4 billion $ company and bankrupt and gone."

"I believe the operational word would be didn't as they are out of business. Technical infrastructure was antiquated and proved to be a stumbling block for any significant progress. Updating system would have taken over a year."

"None, other than BoD hesitated too long to make critical decisions based upon management's advice."
