"I have worked for Argyle for more than half a decade. In this time the company has undergone constant change creating an atmosphere of continuous disruption that lacks the undertone of stability. Employees are regularly fearful of job loss and lack support from their managers and executive team. There isn't a cohesive vision or mission for the company. While clients are amazing and the work fun to design and execute, internal operations needs significant improvement to help nurture a more positive culture."
