"I have worked for the past 10 years at Argus Leader Media in the Advertising Department. The crew is younger (typically) so there is always someone to train (lots of turnover). If you can bond well with management, you will be better off. Ever changing commission plans is why I left. Felt like once I got on a positive trend, my commission plan would change so that I was still expected to make crazy amounts of incremental dollars for the company, but my commission potential would go down."
