"A very unhappy place to work. No real sense of purpose or commitment to excellence. If you want a job where you can kind of just coast and where nobody wants you to be passionate about anything other than how soon the weekend will arrive, this might suit you. But it is not a serious place to have a serious career. Life is too short to work for organizations like this."

"To pay attention to young specialists who works here, to give them the opportunity to work on the permanent base, avoiding their time wasted for a job search."
