"The company has good benefits and looks like a decent comp plan on paper. That is until you start trying to sell the mediocre overpriced products in a saturated market. Unrealistic comp plan rears its ugly head then. They are not truthful about the territories during the interview process. Very Very High Turn Overs."

"If you are brand new to medical device sales it could be a starting point for you to get some exposure/experience. Keep your resume open and keep looking. Argon Medical Devices will show you how a medical device company should not be ran."
What don't you like about working at Argon Medical Devices?
"Horrible Marketing Department. Senior Product Manager doesn't know the products. No marketing collateral to help in the field. Barely any usable marketing materials. Over-bearing Director of Sales with a filthy mouth."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire a Product Manager who actually knows about the disease process market you are trying to sell into. Hire a Director of Sales who has taken a small company into the next levels with compassion and knowledge."
