"ARES was awesome for about 1 hot minute. They seem to care, say the right things, but in the end, just another DOD contractor with only bottom line vision. A 2.5% improvement over land mine remover. Oh and 2.5% will be your annual raise, you get 2.7, total fail, 2.3. At least, the management doesn't really know engineering, so my workload was easy."
