"Ares' culture is unique, large segmented and isolated structure. Management speaks of open collaborative environment, but in practice is nonexistent. Very little structure and guidance provided to newer employees. Difficult to resolve issues and get answers to questions without people going behind your back to complain to managers. Not a productive environment."
