"Ares' culture is unique, large segmented and isolated structure. Management speaks of open collaborative environment, but in practice is nonexistent. Very little structure and guidance provided to newer employees. Difficult to resolve issues and get answers to questions without people going behind your back to complain to managers. Not a productive environment."

"The job pays relatively well, but there's very little opportunity for advancement, and no proper career paths to move forward. It's also very deadline driven work and the turnover is getting pretty high over the past year. They seem more interested in leveraging technology vs replacing the people that left."
