Residential Patient Support Staff

"Asac's main purpose is to isolate people from the outside world so the can work at getting them off of whatever they are on. This Can be Methamphetamine, crack, Alcohol... I personally worked with dual-diagnosis clients. This means in addition to the drug problem they were diagnosed with bipolar, autism, schizophrenia, etc. It was important to have a steady non-reactive personality and the support person was the only person they had that was sane to go to. I enjoyed my time spent there."
