What do you like about working at Home Depot?
"I was able to set my own hours, which I could coincide with my work at IDyntafier."

"The product lines are easy to learn. Home Depot pricing has always been the highest, but can be overcome by offering to put the sale on the Home Depot credit card."
What don't you like about working at Home Depot?
"There wasn't too much not to like. The pay wasn't bad; there were health benefits, as well as a car allowance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Management was open to ongoing suggestions to enhance the organizational structure, as well as products we sold."

"Got to work with many great customers, and retail associates"

"dead end job, no real growth, or changes really, you are a outsourced contractor"

"no advancement opportunities as it is part time and will never be more than that"

"Give your field staff enough hours to live on, keep 3 great people full time, and offer advancement."

"low commissions, few lead opportunities, difficult to receive paperwork on any payment discrepencies and charge backs, etc."

"have fewer reps in the sales territory and increase marketing"

"Actually, nothing. This is not what I set out to do."

"Management. They have no idea about managing people or . . . managing inventory, stocking for the marketplaces that they are in. Understand their markets outside of N. Carolina, De-value the personnel who work their asses off to make it happen for Belk."

"See above. Understand each market . . . not just wahat you thihk it should be. Stop hiring Macy's people. Make it a win/win /team approach."

"Do your homework studying the company and the person that will interview you."

"Tyco took over and their core business did not match with Nellcor-Puritan Bennett. Lost their focus."
