I despise senior management to micro manage the numbers by looking and talking about them with no experience in the field on how to actually affect the numbers in a positive way. there is no structure on the job."

"At first it was the opportunity to work from home and visit my clients on a daily basis."

"Be sure that you will be available to work and travel all day and late evenings."
What don't you like about working at Gould & Lamb?
"Unfortunately, my employment didn't last for very long as I was terminated less than 45 days of employment with the company.The job was much more than I ever imagined. I was attached to my telephone, blackberry and office at home and always on the road that I couldn't believe that that job wasn't all that I was told."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Providing a clearer picture to those that may want to be in that role and perhaps, allowing one to be trained in the job long enough."
