"Great technology. Recently hired new leadership team, at the expense of the previous ones. Understandable as the company grows, and the need to bring in the right people to lead the company into the future. Great sales org, with experienced sales reps, that is not afraid to get their hands dirty. No ego, great sales culture. However, marketing team is horrible, and not the most helpful, and in a way create a toxic environment for sales. Generate bad leads, and blame sales for not converting. Force sales to work by marketing rules and lead management process. Shoving bad leads down your throat. Unfortunately for the SDRs, they have to call those leads."
