"Ardent is a very people oriented company. I feel that they practice their values and genuinely care about everyone. I think the demand to move around is very hard on its new supervisors and causes a lot of burnout. Every plant is a completely different environment, and if you have a team with different work views than you, it makes it really hard to succeed."
