In that time, the company has undergone restructuring 3 times, under three different leaders with the goal of increasing share prices in a short period of time. There is a real lack of stability and consistency in the direction and you can’t get any feel for long term position or strategy, and the ever-shrinking resource pool leaves gaps that cannot be filled. It is a challenging place."
