"The professional growth opportunities are at reach but you'll need to have initiative, determination, and the ability to learn on the fly."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This is a large corporation which can make you feel small. Don't be afraid to speak your mind and let the principals know whats working and whats not."

What don't you like about working at Cubellis Associates?

"Pay and benefit packages will need to increase in order to ease turn over and compete with other large AEI firms throughout the country. If you're anything lower then a PM then don't believe the profit share margins they project for you. The engineering department really lacks the knowledge and man power."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Poor mentoring is a major problem at Cubellis. The new structure of the organization makes it very top heavy with executives which makes it even more mind boggling how mentoring was a problem."

"We actively pursued an informative environment where all employees are being mentored."

"A great employer for those starting out in their career and willing to work hard and listen to senior personnel."

What do you like about working at BBG-BBGM?

"I enjoyed the high caliber of design styles and clients. BBG-BBGM had an interest in moving motivated employees up the ladder of responsibility. It is a great place for an inexeperienced person to learn and advance thier career quickly. If you want there can be a lot of interaction between a entry level employee and upper management including the partners. BBG-BBGM is willing to hire back employess who have gone out and learn new aspects of the architectural and interior design trade."

What don't you like about working at BBG-BBGM?

"Though you can advance quickly, they do tend to pigeon-hole people with extreme proficincy in a particular area. Generally, you are not afforded access to information beyond you responsibility on the project you are assigned unless you are covering for that person. Has a high turnover ratio of employees after 2 years of employment."
