"I’ve worked with Architectural Design & Signs Inc (AD/S Companies) for nearly 7 years in accounting. The values I appreciate much from this company is the amount of knowledge and many challenges I have faced with my company I currently am employed with. For the amount of time I’ve been with this company not once have I had the opportunity to grow and show much more of what I’m capable of accomplishing to help better the company. I have proven myself worthy of so much more, but continue to be ignored. Though my loyalty to this company will remain loyal, I strongly feel it is best that it is time for my to move on."
