"I worked for the Archdiocese of Portland for 12 years before I was unfortunately downsized due to COVID-related budget issues. I found them to be a wonderful employer with a very happy workplace. I enjoyed excellent relationships with all my coworkers and supervisors, and they emphasized that the downsizing was in no way reflective of performance and that they made every attempt to retain my position."
