"The owner is degrading to his female employees! He is a bully at best. Makes a lot of promises and constantly goes back on his word. Every woman has left in this position and many male employees have left without notice. The only time he shows respect is when he has a friend visiting from out of town. One has to be prepared for his "tantrums" because you don't know who you are working for on a daily basis. He takes advantage knowing the job market is challenging. I left as soon as I could!"
