"The insurance and pay is good that's about all. They work you 7 days per week and the only time off you get is holidays and two contractual weekends a year. All in all you get about 16 days off per year!!! They will move you from shift to shift on a weekly basis and treat you like your a number. Turn over is high and they have trouble hiring and keeping new employees due to no work life balance. if you are married or have kids or hobbies STAY AWAY!! If you want to work every day of your life until you retire ( if you make it that long ) This is the place for you. The only people who get days off on a weekly basis is management and the folks that have 30+ years in and are lucky enough to get one of the few jobs that only work 6 days a week. Divorce tests id's high here because you never get to spend time with your family. Just being honest I currently work here but am looking to go elsewhere."

"Have not worked at the Marion Facility. The Shelby Facility had great people to work with. Very knowledgeable personnel. A premier tube facility."
