"Some people are false (they may smile in front of you and criticize you when you are not present), opportunist, flatterer. The give the idea that they won't care walk on you just to go ahead and make a career."

"Be prepared for a lot of interviews (though they're short). Most people are good eggs when it comes to interviews. Know your stuff."

"They struggle to coexist with Leo Burnett, especially when it comes to creative. This causes friction and irritations, especially on cross-company projects."

"Stop living under the assumption that everyone hangs on your every word. Resolve the issues with creative (and that goes all the way to the top with Creadle)."
