"Arc of Mercer is a wonderful place to work and a real grind, but at the end of the day you love what you do because of the consumers that you serve everyday. Arc has been around for 70 years and has over 760 locations nationwide. I was an employment specialist at Arc and had to leave because of an injury at work, which was heart breaking, but you are able to be rehired in the future as long as you are in good standing with the company."
