"Get a clue, change is great, but how about some incentives to be excited about it, or even cooperative. Wage, hour, and benefit cuts, and cutting the few inexpensive perks available make for lousy employee moral, complete lack of enthusiasm for anything that comes from management, and overall very poor working conditions."
