What don't you like about working at ARC Automotive?

"My supervisor was very hands-on. He did not give me a lot of leeway to be creative with how I handled my suppliers. Also, at the end, we were under alot of pressure to cut costs, which resulted in letting quality slip as we resourced suppliers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When you are manufacturing airbag inflators, being only interested in piece price for supplied materials will eventually come back to bite you."
