"Be yourself always, but remember that Germans, at least initially, tend to be very formal and aloof."

"More of an industry / economy issue. Level of business fluctuated considerably in machine tools."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reinstate the above position within spare parts sales: ie parts description in American English, options kits and BOMs, and machinery documentation - to improve aftermarket sales."
