"I have found working for this company that they are rather weak in compensation and bonus oppurtunities. Due to its wide range of ethnicity and samller staff it created some very close departments, which makes for a very enjoyable night at work. There is little to no room to improve yourself here but having the tools to start and train someone in a specialized trade is a plus."
