"It is a small company in which all departments are accessible. People are very skilled and opened to help you. Lab meetings are organized every Thursday which allow employees to know the the project of each otehr."

"To be curious and to have some skills in biotech."

"There are much more meetings, sometimes useless. I think we could save much more time by cancelling some meetings."
