"The people are wonderful. It's a fast-paced environment but everyone is personable, fun, and make it a great environment to work in. When Tracy Sherman was the controller I was able to take on new tasks, learn and grow."

"If you are comfortable with eccentric people, are an easy-going person who can work well in a fast-paced environment you will succeed."

What don't you like about working at Arbitech?

"Once the controller I worked for left and the new controller came on board I was no longer offered the opportunity to learn and grow."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Encourage education and allow employees to enrich themselves professionally. Be flexible with hours to accommodate education. This definitely benefits the company."
