What do you like about working at Aquent?

"Generating new business with C-Level Executives at Fortune 100 & 500 companies, and forming trusting relationships with them. I was my own boss and able to run my own desk with little supervision from Upper Management. I also enjoyed mentoring/training the Agents so they could start getting in front of clients as well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Expect there to be change from upper management on a weekly basis, and they are constantly laying off and then hiring."

What don't you like about working at Aquent?

"There were a lot of promises made to me during the interview process that never came to fruition. Also, the other Account Director never showed up to work so I was the only AD responsible for bringing in new business/revenue for the entire Atlanta office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest and upfront to the people you are interviewing, and don't suger coat things."

"I'd love to work for them if they had assignments in the Northeast portion of Illinois. Chicago's Loop is a 2-hour one-way commute."
