"Very unorganized. The owner is a hot head and a bully that employs largely marginalized people that will put up with his treatment. Pay is lower than industry standard. Staff room and washroom are 3rd world dirty. Equipment and tools is overall in poor condition, always in a constant state of half fixes and bandaids. The up side is he has amazingly managed to snag quite a few excellent workers. This is the only aspect that is worthwhile at aquajet."
