"They seemed to have a difficult time with me working from a home office."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At the time I worked there I was working on several large projects that took months to close. Management couldn't seem to understand why the pharmaceutical industry would take so long to spec our products in when they had to go through the full FDA paperwork process. My suggestion would be to spend time with the sales person to understand what is happening at the customer site or trust what they say."
