What do you like about working at Aqua Chem?

"I especially enjoyed working with a dedicated team, made up of both Aqua-Chem and Army members. Several years after I left, I was invited to to lunches."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I was there in the early 90's so what I say may not be beneficial. I will say that the same requirements for any company would have to apply here."

What don't you like about working at Aqua Chem?

"That I was unable to stay with the organization long enough."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Aqua-Chem lost their contract with the Army because of a lack of industrial engineering expertise. I suggest that realistic benchmarks be identified early for production and sales."
