"The pay checks came regularly."

"This is, sadly, a typical contract outfit. A pay check and nothing more. Do not believe what they tell you about engagements and assume the worst and be prepared fir it."

What don't you like about working at Aptude?

"They are not entirely honest about their clients. I was on a contract to hire engagement out of their Aurora, IL office which turned out to have been a predictable debacle. They did nothing to remedy or prepare me for that."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest with employees about clients and the client's business. It is YOUR responsibility to tell YOUR employees as much of the truth about the clients as you can."
