"The work itself is interensting and challenging with a varieyt of projects to work on"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get teh mony up front. The typical method is to lowball you on the salary, promise to review it in 90 days the find multiple reasons to not increase. Long term key people have not received raises in over 4 years. They have not matched the 401K in years. Notice the lack of personal items at each cubicle...everyone knows to pack light., for a sudden departure."

What don't you like about working at APSM Systems?

"The company owner's son now runs the operation and is very unprofessional in his conduct and the way he treats his employees. He needs anger management classes. The manufacturing manager is a bully and treats people just as bad. It is a hostile work environment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Trust your key employees, learn to mentor and listen to their opinions adn input on projects, problem solving and daily operations. Stop yelling at them and trying to humiliate them just to make yourself look better."
