"The group investing in the company had way too much involvement in the week to week direction of the company. Decisions were made each Thursday that ultimately undermined our ability to grow and become profitable."

"Stop micromanaging every detail of every mobile app or web app the company produces. Don't change directions and spread resources too thin."
