"Although I loved my work and the colleagues I built relationships with, there was a lot of corporate politics, egos and red tape that got in the way of the ability for employees to be truly effective at their jobs. At times the environment felt like the Mean Girls club, it was all about who you know not what you know and a lot of the dead weight got by based on the relationships they built internally and the hard work of other dedicated individuals."
