"I've worked for this company for almost a year. This company has excellent leadership, growth opportunity and a high level of transparency from the executive board through to the remainder of the company. However, given the number of organizational changes, being adaptable to more than a normal amount of fluctuation for an early - stage start-up is a requirement and it's diminishing the overall company cohesion. I'd recommend this for those who are looking to learn and take a step in the right direction!"
