"ATS is a large company with a small feel when outside the Georgia location. As an engineer I was excited to work here for different engineering experience than I had previously gained but ended up as a process/maintenance engineering consultant for a specific company the majority of my time with ATS. A long term contractor is not what I had expected or wanted when I was hired onto the job. As the pay for engineers is lower than the Louisville average."

"In my time with ATS I have found it to be a good place to work. Their engineering consultant position requires various certifications that the company helps prepare you. The hours and flexible schedule is attractive but salary and benefits are considerable less than other engineering roles in the area."

"Very responsive team members and team managers. The HR team and managers are willing to help with anything you may need that is morally possible. If one member doesn't know the answer to your question they will find out and get back to you as soon as possible. Willing to teach and they see the potential in you and offer other training as needed to improve your skills and career growth."

"ATS was my first job out of college and it was a decent first job. The benefits at the company seem to be lacking compared to others. I liked the people i worked with but at times the leadership was very unorganized and there is no clear career path forward in the company."

"This company is CRAP. The managers do NOT listen or communicate with their employees at all. You will be thrown around from job to job often without any consideration or consultation. If your time can't be billed to a client then you are pond scum, so prepare to be treated as such. There are VERY few managers that have the compassion for their employees. They will go as far to condone bullying if it makes them look better."

"Certainly not the best calibration lab in the Atlanta area, but on the surface, they try. They invest in quality equipment standards and they recruit prior military cal techs, but the Boss and a few under qualified "TOP" techs show you how "they" calibrate equipment. Good people make a good company, not the other way around. Benefit package is pretty average."

"I worked for ATS for 7 years, and I have to say it is the most unprofessional unethical company I have EVER worked for. Please note that I've been in the corporate world for 20 years now, and I know how a good company runs and how and now I know how a bad company runs. Simply by lying to their customer daily and treating their employees terribly. Their HR department is a joke, and the only people that you will find that is happy there are managers."

"ATS is the most unprofessional inspection company in history. Poor management leads to unhappy employees. Employees take abuse as management struggle to recognize and address any problems. Human resource is a joke and is just a title given position; don't expect much help there, even at a corporate level. You're only good to them as their last written contract, when that's up, so are you. Plenty of inspection companies out there; save yourself the headache and skip this one altogether."
