"My daily responsibilities were somewhat enjoyable and satisfying."

What don't you like about working at Applied Microsystems?

"The management was very disorganized. Hiring critera for new engineers was not at all appropriate. Workplace politics abound - too many games to play in order to get the information you need to successfully navigate through some job challenges - took much longer than it should have to find information that should be readilty available from a different department,."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If they were still in business, I would strongly suggest that management attend a series of management skills training programs."
