What do you like about working at BioClinica?
"Rarely have to work after-hours. Decent benefits. Some co-workers are really knowledgeable and great people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Every department is different. My recommendation is to keep looking elsewhere."
What don't you like about working at BioClinica?
"Cliques everywhere. Upper management ignores unprofessional conduct. Most of the mid-level management frequently throw their employees under the bus for their own failures."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the bullies- senior management needs to talk with employees and understand the daily frustrations and obstacles. HR department needs to stop protecting mid-level managers."

What do you like about working at Creative Machining Technology?
"The company has a very relaxed atmosphere and feels like a family."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared. They are a fast moving industry and training is a very difficult thing to accomplish during work hours."
What don't you like about working at Creative Machining Technology?
"Even though it is quite large, it is still considered a mom and pop shop. The job fluctuation can be quite severe."

"Management must be more strict. Disciple is not always a bad thing."

"It was a great place to work because there were always opportunities to learn new things and to advance."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Only apply if you truly want to be involved in patient care. It does not matter if you will be in direct contact with patients or their families, but you will be representing the OSF Sister's Mission. Always tell the truth."
What don't you like about working at OSF Saint Francis?
"No longer work there, but administration was to laid back when it came to tolerance of the employees: Attitudes, Appearance, Absenteeism, Disrespect of co-workers, patients. It caused quite a bit of dissension throughout the entire hospital."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stick to the rules that are documented within the Policy and Procedure Manual. Specify the jobs duties. Demand no less. There are rules for documentation goverened mostly by Joint Commision and Coding, but they are not enforced my management. Their are policy regarding peircings and tattoos, but they are not enforced."

What do you like about working at EndoSoft?
"I am able to make product and IT recommendations directly to our CEO. I like the product and what it does."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Not very many employees here have lasted long. Most only a week or two, the ones who are here for over 6 months are all activly looking."
What don't you like about working at EndoSoft?
"Management doesn't manage, lack of project control, lack of orginizational structure, no PMO, I am a help desk employee and developing a PMO, doing project management and traveling. I don't mind all the work but if I am going to work 16 hour days please keep that in mind when offering a salary."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Please manage, the client relations manager should not be asking the helpdesk to call clients for her or getting involved in projects deadlines or schedules. Put in a true PMO!"

"I most enjoyed working at ACS/Xerox because of the friendly environment."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would suggest being yourself when interviewing at ACS/Xerox. Everyone I worked with seemed to be down to earth."
What don't you like about working at Affiliated Computer Services?
"I didn't have any quarks about working at ACS/Xerox; I really enjoyed it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that instead of laying off employees after a merger; perhaps find other positions within that company which would meet the needs of both the employee and company."
