"Like most startup company, FIS has a lot of problems."
What do you like about working at FIS Global?
"1. Good Training. 2. Manageable workload. 3. Base salary is good."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"FIS do not like candidates whose priority is income. Do not mention that you have mortgages and loans to pay, these things will reflect badly on you during interviews and negotiations because they want people who do not work for money. I recommend this company to those older than 40 years who are not weighed by family responsibilities anymore."
What don't you like about working at FIS Global?
"1) Compensation not standard. Same level programmers do not get the same reimbursements and allowances. 2) Undemocratic. Ordinary programmers do not have a say on policies. 3) Bad politics."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen. Without your programmers, you don't have soldiers. Really listen."

"Make sure you have a stomach for sales and like socializing."

"I did not like dealing with sales people. MLS are all about selling people something they do not want."

"Although he was a very smart individual, my manager needed to decide if he was a programmer or a sales person. He could not fill both rolls very well. He was a very smart guy."

"It was a rather crude little operation, lacking many beneficial resources."

"I suggest to management that the company upgrade the programming resources available."
