You are challenged to deliver the best service to your customers, but my supervisor is very hands-off when it comes to managing our daily activities.The only downside to this position is that it is difficult to connect with peers within the organization, due to your station at a remote site."
"The independence of the position is great! You show up to a remote site to accomplish your tasks and trusted to provide the highest level of service possible. The only downside to this position is that your remote location makes it hard to connect with your coworkers and peers within the organization. You have ample time to connect with your customers who are civil servants or other contractors, but this doesn't give you avenues for advancement or recognition."
