"Make sure customer support engineers have reliable support from corporate R&D. Customers need answers in a timely manner and sometimes the Canon was just too slow!"

"The head of application engineering made cuts in the field so he can hire engineers in his facility in the future."

"The people I worked with were increadible people to work with."

"Get promises in writing from the interviewing manager before you except a position."
What don't you like about working at Siemens?
"Based on the economy the head of application engineering in Colorado Spring made the decision to cut field application engineers so he could hire application engineers at the Colorado Springs facitily when the economy gets better. He wants all application engineers out of one facility."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If you have a devoted employee who has worked for you for more then 10-years, you should try and hang onto that employee if at all possible."

"Working with Engineers designing new nail guns"

"ITW has several divisions, Paslode used to be one of the bright stars, but other divisions have shined lately. Paslode has fallen on hard times and I would be very cautious about working there."

"I worked there twelve years with out job advancement opportunities"

"Some of the managers didn't have the skills that the team needed to advance new products"

"I very much enjoyed working for Lydall, I wish it hadn't ended"

"I enjoyed the variety of work I was able to be exposed to. I enjoyed working in the automotive industry. I liked the people working there. I liked the professional culture."

"I was in a small office during my last position. There was not a lot of resources directly available to me."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Integrate the people's in the plants knowledge with people at design and sales centers."
What do you like about working at SUTIMCo?
"People, Other than the owner who decided to teach everyone one thing then completely do the opposite. He stole money from investors, didn't pay employees taxes, didn't pay employee severances, promised salary he could never come up with and truly ruined many peoples lives by keeping them around while not paying them but promising he would."
