What do you like about working at Twin City Fan?
"Everybody is very nice and friendly. There is a laid-back work environment and it is enjoyable to come to work because of these things."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There is little to no room for advancement from entry-level positions. If you are only looking for a job to be a steppingstone into the air movement industry, it is not bad choice (but not the best)."
What don't you like about working at Twin City Fan?
"Compensation wise the salaries are on the low end of the average or below average. Micromanagement is common and there is a big disconnect between the management and employees' mind-set. Promotions seem to be politically motivated rather than rewards for good hard work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start rewarding the people the actually work better. I felt my contributions were marginalized daily."

"Cortron is a small, family based company that was sold to the son of the previous owner. The overall culture seemed to become much more stressfull as well as a loss of inter-departmental communications."
What do you like about working at Cortron?
"As a firmware and test engineer I was able to schedule projects that allowed for efficient product releases."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you want to be part of a team that creates high quality and dependable products, Cortron may be the place for you."
What don't you like about working at Cortron?
"There was/is a lack of suffient communication from the management with regards to policies and recent changes."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Since Cortron has a tendency to take advantage of employees that are afraid of losing their job. I would suggest that they be a little more understanding of these peoples position in life."

"Accurate, poor, misguided management can't relate to customers or employees. Management style not down to earth, more self centered than employee centered. Doesn't take the time to utilize individual strengths."
