"You get cheated out of overtime pay. Have to work with a wierdo, and do things that you know are wrong."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop your practice of spreading malicious gossip. If you want proffesional quality of work, then pay accordingly. I left only because of low pay with no opportunity for anything better."
