What do you like about working at Apotronik?
"I enjoyed working with a small team (4) developers, the helpdesk and the technical guys. We all have a heart for our customers and go out of the way to achieve their needs."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Before you interview, know that you will have to learn how to be a pharmacist, and then program, as if you would go to a pharmacy and have to use it yourself."
What don't you like about working at Apotronik?
"Unfortunately managing this company has been a challenge. During the time I was here since Feb 2000 we went trough 5 Project leaders, and the failure is principally the same. They don't understand the creature of how a pharmacy works, they don't get how the market works and what the people want. Managment has not adapted and learned, and so it led to one failure after another - however the 4 programmers have stayed together through us all, and it made us all stronger in the end."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Learn the market, care for customers and respect the knowledge and experience of the employees who gone through the motion and know their customers."
