What do you like about working at Aplus.net?
"I live and breath internet, at Aplus, I was in the datacenter(solo most of the time) handing 1000+ dedicated servers. I love being a piece of Aplus vision/company."

"They moved to far away(with out the option of tele-commute at the time)."

"I would of stayed at Aplus.net if the company did not move to K.C"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest a stronger focus on software as a service and new emerging technologies. Management did not want to build dynamic sites in PHP/MySQL. This hurt the bottom line. People are not going to pay for static HTML/CSS sites."
"During my tenure, good management stopped at the Sr. VP level, and bad started with the C-levels."
What do you like about working at Aplus.net?
"This was my first international assignment, which was fun - I got to know the ins and outs of managing an offshore team."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Run. If running is not an option, don't believe a word of any offer letter they give you. If you have the option, work as a contractor so you have a binding contract to hold over them if they renege on their promises."
What don't you like about working at Aplus.net?
"The C-levels were unfortunately completely divorced from the lives of their employees, to the point where they even ignored their promises made in employment offers - like equity options, bonus plans, and so on."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The board should clean house completely, elevate the Sr. VP of Customer Care to CEO, and let him populate the place with people who actually know how to get the job done."
